Sören Stamer ist Co-Founder und Vorstandsvorsitzender von CoreMedia. Er gründete das Softwareunternehmen 1996 mit seinem damaligen Professor und zwei
befreundeten Doktoranden an der Universität Hamburg. Sören Stamer hat ein besonderes Interesse an Systemtheorie und sozialen Systemen. Er geht intensiv der Frage nach, wie sich Unternehmen idealerweise aufstellen sollten, um in Zeiten von globalen Netzwerken und Web 2.0 zu bestehen. In seinem eigenen Unternehmen setzt er mehr und mehr auf Selbstorganisation. Eine besondere Unternehmenskultur macht es möglich: Stamers Augenmerk gilt einem erfolgreichen Innovationsmanagement und der Schaffung eines innovationsfreudigen Arbeitsklimas bei CoreMedia. Sören Stamer is the co-founder and chair of the executive committee of CoreMedia. He founded the software corporation in 1996 together with his former professor and two postgraduate friends at the University of Hamburg.
Sören Stamer has a special interest in systems theory and social systems. He looks closely at the question of how corporation should ideally be organized in order to exist in times of global networks and Web 2.0. In his own corporation he counts more and more on self-organisation.
