Paul Jozefak ist Managing Partner bei Neuhaus Partners, einem der führenden Early-Stage VC-Unternehmen in Deutschland. Zuvor war Jozefak als Europa Investment Direktor bei SAP tätig und verantwortlich für die europäischen SAP Venture Capital-Aktivitäten des mehr als 200-Millionen-Euro schweren Fonds. Von 1998 bis 2000 hat er als Business Development Direktor für Europa bei Davis Polk & Wardwell, die Börsengänge von Unternehmen wie Software AG, Freenet, Travel24 und comdirect unterstützt.
Bereits Mitte der Neunziger spezialisierte sich Jozefak als Berater bei Andersen Consulting auf die Software-Branche. Bevor er zu Andersen kam, unterstützte er das Wachstum eines Start-ups aus der Immobilienbranche.
