Irmgard Leveling, Gründerin und Geschäftsführerin von 1-2-3family.de, verantwortete bei ImmobilienScout die von ihr auch aufgebaute Abteilung E-Business/Werbekooperationen.Zuvor war sie bei Homeshopping Europe als strategische Assistenz der Geschäftsführung tätig. Sie sammelte in beiden Unternehmen wichtige Start-up-Erfahrungen, war sie doch bei beiden Firmen schon in der Startphase an Bord.
Vor dem Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in München absolvierte sie eine Ausbildung bei BOG Nixdorf Computer in Münster. Während ihres Studiums unterrichtete sie als Dozentin BWL. Nach Beendigung des Studiums arbeitete sie als Consultant in einer marketing- und technikorientierten Unternehmensberatung.
