Alexander Hüsing ist Chefredakteur von DeutscheStartups.de.Seit 1996 als freier Mitarbeiter bei der Westdeutschen Allgemeinen Zeitung, heuerte er während des Studiums bei Unicum an und absolvierte ab 2000 ein Volontariat bei kressreport. Dort arbeitete er zuletzt als verantwortlicher Redakteur für das Ressort Internet.
Von Ende 2003 bis Anfang 2007 war Hüsing freier Journalist in Berlin. Schon in dieser Zeit beschäftigte er sich intensiv mit jungen, aufstrebenden Internet-Startups.
Ansonsten macht er sich mit butterbrot.de für die Schnitte stark, informiert Fernsehsüchtige mit TVonDVD.de über neue TV-Serien auf DVD und pflegt mit retromedia.de einen Friedhof der Medienbranche. Sein privates Blog azrael74.de ist seit April 2005 im Netz.

Since 1996 he is active as a freelancer at the Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung. During his studies he was hired at Unicum and completed his voluntary service at kressreport. Here he also worked as an editor being responsible for the internet department.
Since the end of 2003 until the beginning of 2007, Hüsing worked as a free journalist in Berlin. During this time he already engaged intensively in the topic of young, uprising internet startups.
Besides this, he supports the slice butterbrot.de, informs TV-junkies with TVonDVD.de about new TV series on DVD and with retromedia.de he takes care of a graveyard of the media industry. His private blog azrael74.de is on the net since April 2005.
